We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and our store is powered by Shopify. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.

Personal Details. Your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and billing address — collected when you place an order, create an account, or contact us.

Payment Information. When you pay for an order, your card details are collected and processed by our secure payment provider (Stripe / Shopify Payments). Mommy's Charms never stores your full card number on our servers.

Order & Personalization Details. Product selections, personalization inputs (names, engraving text, language preferences), quantities, order history, and any gift messages you provide.

Communication Records. Records of your interactions with us — through email, WhatsApp, live chat, or contact forms — including customer service enquiries and post-purchase feedback.

Website Activity. When you browse our site, we automatically collect information about your device (IP address, browser type, operating system), how you navigate our pages, which products you view, and how you arrived at our site. This is done through cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4).

Marketing Preferences. If you subscribe to our emails or WhatsApp updates, we record your consent, preferences, and engagement (opens, clicks) so we can send you relevant offers.

Shopify â€” our e-commerce platform, which hosts the website and processes order and customer data on our behalf.

Payment Processors â€” Stripe (or Shopify Payments once approved) processes your payment securely. They may retain payment details as required for chargebacks and fraud prevention.

Shipping & Delivery Partners â€” Aramex, Fetchr, and other regional couriers receive your name, delivery address, and contact number so they can deliver your order.

Marketing & Analytics Providers â€” including Meta (Facebook & Instagram Pixel), Google Analytics, and TikTok, to help us understand how visitors use our site and to show relevant advertisements. This may include remarketing to visitors who did not complete a purchase.

Email & Messaging Platforms â€” for marketing emails and order-related messages, including WhatsApp Business API for customer support and order updates.

Legal Authorities â€” where required by UAE law, court order, or to enforce our Terms of Service and protect our rights.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to make our site work, improve your shopping experience, and measure marketing performance. This includes:

You have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct: ask us to update inaccurate or incomplete information
