Processing Time

Every item at Mommy's Charms is handcrafted and personally made in our Dubai workshop. Orders require 2–3 business days to process before dispatch. During peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, National Day, and New Year) processing may take up to 5 business days. We will always notify you if there is an unexpected delay.

Delivery within the UAE

We ship across all seven emirates. Estimated delivery after dispatch is within 2 business days.

• Standard UAE Delivery: AED 45
• Dubai Same-Day Delivery: AED 45  Â·  Weekdays only, for orders placed before 12:00 PM Dubai time (subject to product availability and workshop capacity)
• FREE Delivery on UAE orders above AED 222

GCC Shipping

We ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. Estimated delivery after dispatch is within 5 business days.

• Standard GCC Shipping: AED 45 for orders up to 1 kg
• FREE Delivery on GCC orders above AED 500

Orders exceeding 1 kg may incur additional courier weight charges displayed at checkout. GCC shipping is fulfilled via a tracked courier service.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Mommy's Charms cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@mommyscharms.com or via WhatsApp and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
